This blog is about my 2001 road trip with my dogs Leben and Erde. The trip lasted 45 days, 14,500 miles and took us from DC through Canada, up to the Arctic Ocean at Inuvik, Northwest Territory, and then up to the Arctic Ocean at Prudhoe Bay, Alaska. We returned home to by of ferry from Skagway, Alaska, to Seattle, Washington, down the California coast to San Fransisco, and then home again across the US to DC.
